Who sends baggage to Nepal with us
Families sending boxes to relatives, students returning after their course, people relocating for work or retirement, and travellers whose airline allowance is not enough. Unaccompanied baggage is a separate shipment from the luggage you check in: suitcases, packed boxes or a mixture can all be discussed.
How it works
- Tell us what you are sending. A plain-language list of belongings, the number of pieces, packed weights and outside dimensions (estimates are fine at first), your UK collection postcode and the receiving city in Nepal: Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Biratnagar, Butwal or another town.
- Get a confirmed quotation. The team confirms which stages are included: collection, transport, destination handling, customs arrangements and delivery, plus any minimum or additional charges.
- Pack and declare. Read how to pack excess baggage and declare batteries, liquids or restricted items before handover.
- Collection or handover. Collection from your UK address is confirmed for your postcode, or hand over at our Hayes office by arrangement. We can arrange departures from Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham and other UK airports.
- Arrival in Nepal. Your recipient collects or receives the shipment exactly as stated in the quotation. Read how to prepare a Nepal shipment and our UK to Nepal destination page.
Sending from anywhere in the UK
Most of our baggage customers are in London and the Home Counties, but we welcome enquiries from Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford, Leeds, Glasgow and the rest of the UK. Give your postcode and the team will confirm collection options and the most suitable departure airport. See cargo and excess baggage from UK airports.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send suitcases to Nepal, or do I need boxes?
Both can be discussed. Describe each piece, its contents and packed dimensions in your enquiry; the team confirms acceptable packaging for your shipment before you book.
Do you collect from my address in the UK?
Collection can be requested for your postcode. Availability and any collection charge are confirmed in your quotation, so do not assume it is included. Handover at our Hayes office is also possible by prior arrangement.
How is the price worked out?
Quotations are based on the packed weight and dimensions of each piece (see our chargeable weight guide), the route and the stages you need: collection, transport, destination handling, customs arrangements and delivery. There is no universal price; everything is confirmed for your actual shipment.
Can I pack electronics, batteries, liquids or food?
Declare these contents before booking and check our dangerous and prohibited goods information. Declaration alone does not confirm acceptance; the team must confirm before handover.
How does my family receive the baggage in Nepal?
Give the full receiving address and a recipient contact. Your quotation states whether it covers airport handling, handover through our Kathmandu office or final delivery, and what the recipient needs to bring. The Kathmandu office address is a contact location, not an automatic delivery instruction.
What documents will I need?
Ask the team for a document checklist for your actual goods and destination. A plain-language inventory of every package is always needed; the checklist tells you what else applies to your shipment.
