A shipment built around your belongings
Unaccompanied baggage is a separate shipment from the luggage you check in for a passenger flight. Tell us whether you plan to send suitcases, packed boxes or a mixture. Acceptance depends on the contents as well as the route, so check restricted items before packing.
A useful enquiry includes your collection postcode, destination city, number of packages and preferred date. If you have not finished packing, say that the measurements are estimates. Confirm final packed weights and dimensions before accepting a quotation.
What to include in your enquiry
- A plain-language list of belongings, including any electrical devices or batteries.
- The outside dimensions and weight of each packed piece, if known.
- The full destination and a contact who can receive the shipment.
- Any collection, packing or destination-delivery assistance you would like us to check.
Know what the quotation covers
Ask which stages are included: collection, transport, destination handling, customs arrangements and delivery. Confirm any minimum charge, cover options and additional charges before booking. A quotation request does not reserve a departure or guarantee acceptance.
Before you book
Can I send a suitcase instead of a box?
Describe the suitcase, contents and packed dimensions in your enquiry. The team will confirm acceptable packaging for your shipment.
Is collection free?
Collection availability and any charge must be confirmed for your postcode and shipment. Do not assume it is included in a transport quote.
