1. Tell us what you are sending
Send the contents, the number of pieces, the packed weight and dimensions of each piece, your collection postcode and the destination. Use the enquiry form, or call / WhatsApp the UK team on 020 8090 4848. There is no minimum: we handle everything from a single envelope to a full chartered flight.
2. Receive your quotation
Every shipment is quoted individually by weight and destination; there is no fixed per-kg price. The quotation states whether collection from your postcode is free or charged, and any packing or documentation charge if you want the team to do that for you. Destination charges (customs, handling and any delivery) are paid by the receiver and are not part of the UK quotation.
3. Book your shipment
Confirm the quotation at least one day before departure. Departures can be arranged any day of the week, subject to airline space. Payment by bank transfer or cash is preferred; the team confirms the arrangement with your booking.
4. Prepare your documents
For personal baggage: a copy of your passport, a full packing list and UK ID or proof of address. For commercial cargo: the commercial invoice and packing list as well. Declare phones, laptops, food and medicines on the packing list, and check the dangerous and prohibited goods list before you pack. See our invoice and packing list guide.
5. Pack your pieces
A normal personal baggage piece is 25–30 kg; commercial cargo has no weight or size limit, but tell us the figures before booking. Perfumes, sprays, flammable liquids, loose batteries and other undeclared or restricted items are not accepted. Packing can be done by our team at an extra charge, to air-cargo standards. Read the packing guide.
6. Collection or drop-off
Collection is available all over the UK by appointment, free in some postcodes and charged in others. You can also drop off at our office in Hayes, near Heathrow, by appointment, seven days a week. The team books the slot with you after the quotation. See collection across the UK.
7. Departure and tracking
Your shipment flies with the airline from the agreed UK airport. You receive an airway bill tracking number and can follow the shipment on the airline's website. Air cargo to Pakistan, Nepal and Kenya typically takes 1–3 days from departure, depending on airline availability, destination and routing. Basic insurance cover, as per IATA, is included.
8. Collection at the destination
Our standard service is airport-to-airport: the receiver collects from the destination airport with a copy of the airway bill, the packing list and official ID. For commercial shipments the receiver also needs the commercial invoice, airway bill, tax number and any documents required by the destination country. Destination charges are paid by the receiver. Door delivery is available in Nepal only. Our own offices in Pakistan, Nepal and Kenya can advise the receiver.
