Collection is arranged by appointment from all 32 London boroughs and the City, including Southall, Hounslow, Hayes, Harrow, Wembley, Ilford, East Ham, Walthamstow, Tooting, Croydon and Romford. It is free in some postcodes and charged in others; the arrangement is confirmed for your postcode with your quotation, before you book. If you prefer, drop off at our office in Hayes, near Heathrow, by appointment, seven days a week.
Tell us the contents, the number of pieces, the packed weight and dimensions of each piece, your postcode and the destination. There is no minimum shipment size — from a single envelope to a full chartered flight.
Which airport will my shipment fly from?
Shipments from London usually depart from London Heathrow — a short drive from our office in Hayes — as well as London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Luton and London City. What customers send
Household items, food, toiletries, make-up and electronics are the most common contents. A normal personal baggage piece is 25–30 kg; commercial cargo has no weight or size limit, but tell us the figures before booking. Phones and laptops are accepted when declared, with an airline lithium-battery handling charge. Perfumes, sprays, flammable liquids, loose batteries, alcohol, currency and the other items on our prohibited list are not accepted. Packing can be done by our team at an extra charge.
Timings, documents and tracking
- Air cargo to Pakistan, Nepal and Kenya typically takes 1–3 days from departure, depending on airline availability, destination and routing.
- Departures can be arranged any day of the week, subject to space; book at least one day before departure.
- Sender documents: passport copy, full packing list and UK ID or proof of address. Commercial shipments also need the commercial invoice.
- Standard service is airport-to-airport: the receiver collects from the destination airport with a copy of the airway bill, the packing list and official ID. Door delivery is available in Nepal only. Destination charges are paid by the receiver.
- You receive an airway bill tracking number to follow the shipment on the airline's website. Basic insurance cover, as per IATA, is included.
