Start with the cargo, not just its weight
Two shipments with the same weight can need different handling. Describe what the goods are, how they are packed and whether they contain batteries, liquids or other restricted materials. Include the dimensions of every piece and mention anything fragile, oversized or temperature-sensitive.
Tell us the collection location, destination and the date the goods will be ready. If there is a delivery deadline, explain it at the enquiry stage so the team can check what is possible. A flight time alone is not an end-to-end delivery estimate.
Prepare an air freight enquiry
- Description, quantity and intended use of the goods.
- Packed dimensions, gross weight and number of pieces.
- Origin and destination, including the receiving city and delivery needs.
- Ready date, deadline and any specialist handling requirements.

Confirm the arrangements for collection, cargo acceptance, transport, destination handling and delivery. Ask which charges are included and who is responsible for destination formalities. Prices and timings are confirmed individually; we do not publish a universal per-kilogram rate.
