Build a complete cargo brief
An enquiry should describe every piece, its packed dimensions and weight. Explain any unusual loading requirement, special restraint, lifting point or handling restriction. Photographs and drawings may help the discussion, but confirmed specifications remain essential.
Provide the proposed departure and arrival locations, the date the cargo will be ready and the delivery requirement. Tell us which facilities and handling support are available at both ends. Do not assume that any aircraft or airport will be suitable for the load.
Include these details
- Cargo description, piece count and packed specifications.
- Origin and destination, ready date and required arrival window.
- Loading, unloading and special handling requirements.
- Restricted materials, supporting documents and responsible contacts.
Availability and scope are confirmed individually
Ask for the proposed transport scope, handling arrangements, conditions and quotation before making a commitment. No aircraft capacity, departure slot or fixed price is implied by submitting an enquiry.
Before you book
Is a charter always the best option for urgent cargo?
It depends on the goods, route and available options. Explain the requirement so the team can discuss the enquiry.
